All Pointe shoes are sold online with the understanding that the shoes you are purchasing are  replacing the same manufacturer, style, size, and width.

Under no circumstance will we sell a shoe if the previous criteria is not met. A follow up call will always be made upon receipt of any pointe shoe order and prior to any dispatch.

As qualified pointe shoe fitters we would always encourage that you visit our shop for a professional fitting especially if you have not been fitted recently. No appointement is necessary.
