It's easy to go shopping with On Pointe - the choice is yours.  With the option to place your order via our web site, over the telephone or by e-mail, you can choose the method that suits you best.

We have tried to make our web site as user friendly as possible to ensure that you can select the products you want quickly and easily.  And with one of the best collections of designer dancewear on the net and at great value for money.

All customer enquiries received by email Monday through Friday will be answered within one working day. Any enquiries received over a weekend will be answered the next working day.

Via the Web Site

Ordering on our web site couldn't be easier.  Simply add the items you require to your on-line shopping basket and when you've got everything you need continue to the checkout for payment processing.

As a global retailer, we have also provided guide prices in Euros and US Dollars for our overseas customers.  To use this facility, simply click on the appropriate currency at the top right of the page as you browse the site.  Although the exchange rates are updated on a regular basis, this should be used as a guide price only, as all orders are processed in £GBP when you get to the checkout.

At the checkout you can select your method of payment by credit or debit card. Payment on line with On Pointe is safe and secure and we accept all major credit & debit cards.



On completion of your on-line payment you will be emailed confirmation of your order including a reference number.  Please keep this email safe should you need to contact us regarding your order. 

Your credit card will be billed immediately on placing your order and will appear on your cardholder statement as "www.onpointe.co.uk".

You will also receive an email  confirmation of your payment.  Please note:  Should you not receive this email, please do contact us, as this may mean that your payment has not transacted and your order will not be processed.

You can always contact us at the shop Monday - Friday from 10am to 5pm and again you can choose to pay by credit or debit card.  All our staff are fully trained and thus we can answer any query you have before ordering and help you to make the right product choice for you.

The easiest way is to place your order on-line, however if you prefer you can place your order via email.  Please include the items you would like to order and include your contact details and how you would like to pay.  Please remember to add the postage & packaging charge to your order value.
