Delivery

All orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment, with goods despatched as per your selection at time of check out, subject to stock availability.

Where the goods are in stock you should receive your order within 1 to 3 days from order payment.  Where goods are out of stock, we will endeavour to supply those items to you within 28 days of you placing your order.

Please note Tutus are generally a special order product which can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered however we do hold a selection of popular colours and sizes for next day dispatch.

Should an item be out of stock or a special order we will obtain it as soon as possible. We will inform you via email if an item is out of stock and give you an estimated time to delivery. We will also give you the opportunity to cancel your order, resulting in a full refund.

As stock levels are not listed on our website, should your order be urgent or where a more specific delivery date is required prior to ordering, simply email us and we will advise you accordingly.

Despite our best efforts to deliver goods as soon as possible, unforeseen circumstances can lead to a delay in delivery of goods. Any dates / times specified are approximate and should not be taken as guaranteed

Online Payments

On completion of your on-line payment you will be emailed confirmation of your order including a reference number.  Please keep this email safe should you need to contact us regarding your order.

Your credit card will be billed immediately on placing your order and will appear on your cardholder statement as "www.onpointe.co.uk".

Pointe Shoes

By purchasing pointe shoes online, you the purchaser confirm that you are purchasing pointe shoes on the understanding that it is a replacement shoe of the same manufacturer, style, size and width. Where these are a Grishko shoes you confirm that you have been professionally fitted by a Grishko certified fitter within the last six months. You also understand that although they are the same style, size and width that this may vary due to the fact that they are handmade.

Returns & Exchanges

All items for exchange or refund must be returned to On Pointe within 7 days of their receipt by you the customer. 

Prior to return you must contact On Pointe by email to obtain approval and gain a returns number.

In case of any discrepancy please contact us as soon as possible/within 48 hours of receiving your item(s).

If returned - Items can only be accepted for exchange or refund if they are returned unworn with all their original packaging complete, tags & labels intact, in the condition as sold and an in a re-saleable condition. Any damage to packaging will result in a 15% restocking fee. Sale items are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Please note that all returns and exchanges must be sent postage paid.  We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept any responsibility for mislaid parcels. 

We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible by the method you used to pay for the item(s), however it can take up to 28 days to appear as cleared funds.

Back orders

Every effort is made to dispatch your order complete. Unfortunately we cannot ensure that we are permanently in stock of all items although we do try our hardest. In the event we are temporarily sold out of an item you ordered, we reserve the right to cancel it or replace it with an alternative product unless otherwise instructed. Should your item no longer be available we will refund your original card as soon as possible however please be aware that it may take up to 28 days to show on your statement.  If you are ordering goods for a show, audition or a Christmas gift, we recommend that you place your order approximately four weeks in advance to avoid disappointment (e.g large quantities/large sizes etc). Please note that we are closed between Christmas and New Year.

 

Collections

There are no facilities for customer collections at our retail outlet as items are dispatched from a central warehouse.
